After receiving feedback from customers about lamp faults, the salesperson notifies the customers to keep the scene and informs the customer service personnel.;

Customer service personnel should contact and communicate with customers within 2 hours. They must rush to the customer's LED street lamp installation site within 24 hours.;

After preliminary site survey and inspection, the customer service personnel should clear up the trouble and light the LED lamp within 8 hours if it is caused by the driving power supply.。
